Lindsay Pickett
Lindsay studied at the University of East London and continues to live and work in the city. His work which is strongly rooted in traditional Surrealism and contemporary Fantasy Art, has been exhibited and won awards at several exhibitions in the UK, as well as Germany, Denmark, Japan and Korea.
"My ideas often originate from dreams which I work up as sketches and watercolour studies before developing into a finished oil painting. I also use photographs to create an accurate visual representation of particular cities that I often merge into one warped cityscape.”
